My friend Abdul always says, "Alhaz a Red Bull, thanks!"

Very nice, Eric. Is that a little Whisperer in Darkness jar-head?

I would think storming the shores of Tripoli would be quite difficult in that state.

Nice one, MartinRonnlund! That is nightmarish. Is that real blood?! Smiley

(Then again, someone elses blood would be even better! If anyone asks, I was here all night!)

You need more of an alibi then that. You still could have been cavorting on the astral plane with witches, rats, ambulatory sea anenomes and caucasian looking men with ebony skin Smiley

I was with him. All he did was sit and read. Some of it was aloud. I think it was some book about garden gnome theft. "The Next-door Gnome is Gone" or something. I couldn't understand him when he read aloud.

Combing out all of the offensive words and whatnot in literature would be silly and quite possibly a crime in a certain sense. I'd rather be offended than censor things too much.

It's Friday night. I'm inebriated. I still knew exactly what you're talking about. I am inordinately pleased with myself right now.

You can't erase this stuff with alcohol. Didn't you learn anything from Zadok Allen? Wink

"The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents."

*huff puff* OK... I think we're safe. *huff puff* As long as we don't look at Google anymore, we won't allow it to plant its cosmically horrible correlations into our human minds. I've set up my firewall to block all Google services from getting through. I suggest you all do the same. I think I'm safe. *phew*

Oh no... I looked... It was just out of reflex. I couldn't help it. I must leave you now. It has all become clear to me... for my phone... is an Android phone!

Damn you New England accent! You drop too many random letters. I can't say Dun'ich, but I must say HAYverill? What gives? You puritanical, colloquial bastard of an accent! For shame! Wink

Bob

lol Try this on for size.

First with correct spelling:

"I've got to travel to Worcester then up to Haverhill today. Tomorrow, I'm going out to Leominster. Next week I'm going to Dedham, Framingham, Wareham, Hingham and Woburn."

Now spelled phonetically (the town names anyway):

"I've got to travel to Wuss-tah then up to Hayverill today. Tomorrow, I'm going out to Lemminstah. Next week I'm going to Deddmm, Framing-ham, Wayr-ham, Hing-mm and Woo-burn."

If you'll excuse me, I need to go pahk my cah in Hahvid Yahd. I'm takin' a boat up to Bah Hahbah, Maine. lol Smiley

I'm listening to the latest episode. Haverhill is pronounced "HAYverill". Pretend there's no second "h" in it. Thanks. I'm gonna try and calm down now. lol

Personal opinion: asking for free content for something you intend to sell for money is kind of a dick move.

Second.

You shold be proud of your accent, and embrace it.

I myself speak with a VERY local accent/dialect, and i do so with pride. It is part of my heritage, thus a part of me.

Armitage might have a Boston Brahman accent as well (the hoity-toity sounding accent of the "upper class" Bostonians of yesteryear).

Am I going to draw fire for saying that I didn't like The Exorcist very much?

Don't worry! I'll draw fire and save you!

I like "The Shadow Out of Time". It's not short though. I second the idea of adding "Nyarlathotep" though. It's a good story and He/It is one of my (if not my) favorite Lovecraft monster.
