The ideal Cthulhu Mythos collection (non-HPL)

Following on the ideal Lovecraft collection, I want you to build your own custom Cthulhu Mythos collection. Cut out the crap and the hack-jobs, and leave only those stories by HPL's friends and literary descendants that really kick ass.

There are only two rules:
1.) No more than 16 stories
2.) No Lovecraft (including revisions and collaborations)

I don't have my Mythos books handy at the moment, so my list will have to wait. Besides, while my attitude toward the Mythos has changed somewhat in recent months, I'm not really the guy to ask about this kind of thing. I want to see what the perhaps more elite Lovecraft nerds around here think of as the best of the best of this "genre."

My list includes some novel-length works, but if that's ok, I would propose:

1. The Star by Arthur C. Clark
2. When the Stars are Right by William Meikle
3. As Below, So Above by Ferret Steinmetz
4. Mongoose by Elizabeth Bear and Sarah Monette
5. Bringing Helena Back by Sarah Monette (or perhaps her entire collection, The Bone Key)
6. Cinderlands by Tim Pratt
7. P is for Parade by Tim Pratt
8. A Study in Emerald by Neil Gaiman
9. Shuggoth's Old Peculiar by Neil Gaiman
10. Oil of Dog by Ambrose Bierce

and nearly anything by Caitlien R. Kiernan, including but not limited to:

11. Threshold
12. Low Red Moon
13. Daughter of Hounds
14. The Red Tree
15. The Belated Burial
