It occurred to me today that with the end of the podcast upon us, the nature of the whole show appears that it might be changing? I guess I just really hope that the forums don't. I've met some good people here and I hope that the forums will still be here so that I can keep coming back.

I hope that they'll keep it going for a while, at least. Of course, it does cost for hosting...so if they need us to chip in, I hope they'll say so.

Again, this would be a great reason for the boys to ransom us some more story readings!! Bob

I wouldn't mind chipping in! I hope this can continue to exist as a kind of general HPL forum. It's the best discussion group for his work I've been in since the old BBS days!!

Yes, it's not a bad forum, as far as fora go. It does sort of savor of the elder days of yore on the internet, when crazy people congregated and did real research as amateurs. This forum has done some original research, wikipedia be damned.

I'm not a regular user of the forums, more of a lurker really, but I would miss them a lot. I like to think that the density of intelligent, non-trolling web citizens is higher than in many other parts of the intertubes.

401-C paperwork is as sanity draining as De Vermis Mysteriis, and not a tenth as fun.

And as for this forum, I never was one for webforums until I got signed in. This is one of the best ways to get Cthulhu info out there.
