We should probably have a "favourite lines" thread. I'm a sucker for that large-ish passage from the Necronomicon in 'The Dunwich Horror', especially Not in the spaces we know, but between them, They walk serene and primal, undimensioned and to us unseen - also the wonderful bit about how the wind gibbers with their voices, and the earth mutters with their consciousness.

Getting goosebumps just writing that out, actually.

There was a thread some time back called "Best Line, Worst Line" wherein people copied the best and worst line from a particular story. So if you quoted the above passage from "The Dunwich Horror" you would need to follow it up with a line/passage that you thught stunk. Kind of fun really.
