Great episode, guys!
Just a question: what was the intro and outro clips from?

Yes, I also enjoyed this one. In fact, I found out about the podcast the other day and have listened to all the episodes over about 3 days.

I know the first clip is from 'Dracula.' I don't think I stuck around to hear the outro clip (I usually just turn it off right when they get to "well that's all I have, tune in for part 2. My name is..."

Has anyone seen the anthology "Necronomicon (1993)"? The Rats in the Walls was partially used in one of the three parts entitled "The Drowned". It's not a very good film, and I can't really recommend it, but it does star Jeffrey Combs as Mr. Lovecraft himself!

Unfortunately, yes... Sigh.

The intro and outro clips were from Dracula - yep. Dwight Frye as Renfield. He's got all these great speeches about Rats. I don't know - I could listen to it all day long...

There a cool nod to this story in the Dark Corners of the Earth video game when you enter a jailhouse and find one of the inmates beating his head against a wall, repeating something along the lines of, "Can't you hear them? The rats! The rats in the walls!!" :-)
