Yo, My name is Aaron and I am out here in Oregon (US). I got in to HPL a little late in life but quickly got hooked. I look forward to the talk-mongering!

Hello,
My name is Jourik. I am a 28 year old bank employee from Gent, Belgium. I discovered Lovecraft when I was about 16, mostly through gaming like many others and recently learned about this podcast from a friend. I devoured all current episodes (70 at the time of writing) in about 2 weeks and can't wait for the next one.
Thanks for this great podcast!

Hello Folks, Long time listener, since almost the start, however this is my first time getting on to the forums. I am horrid at any sort of textual socialization, so forums and the like are something I have never jumped into, despite my being in front of a computer 10 hours a day. I had made a couple post a long while back on the original forums under the name 'not so deep one'. I am actually a resident of Lovecraft country including Wilbraham, Massachusetts which was mentioned in the podcast for the Dunwich Horror. I, now reside only 20 min from there, still in Central Mass. I am actually putting together a personal Photography project of some of the more 'Lovecraftian looking areas' I know of ,nearby, as a just a fun reference point.

I think everyone would love to see any photos you have of Mass. that have the Lovecraft-feel to them.

Its a song from the B-52s. "The Lovecraft is a little old place we can get together." "Cthulhu has an eye, thats as big as a whale and your soul he'll impale!"

I would like to apologize to all - in fact, I didn't know who this "Lovecraft" fellow was either, and was frankly hoping someone would tell me... I think I may have registered at the wrong site... Isn't this forum concerned with the history of Medieval teddy bears?

*raises hand .... displays wedding ring* *sigh* Doomed to die alone in the black void of despair! I wonder, is there a place where I might go to revel in said cosmic despair? Perhaps a writer who specializes in such a thing? Might there be a group of literary fellows who delve deep into that writer's work? And might there be a forum for discussing the discussions those fellows have about that writer of cosmic terrors in which I could revel? If only such a thing existed . . .

Heya.
I'm Sydney, a rather non-stereotypical Mississippian.
I found the podcast while combing through podcasts in Zune Marketplace looking for podcasts to help me not drool on my desk at the office all day.
I had recently begun reading through The Definitive H.P. Lovecraft: 67 Tales of Horror in One Volume on the Kindle. No clue why they chose the particular sequence they did, but it resulted in me starting with "The Nameless City", "The Festival", and "The Colour out of Space".
I'm set up to record audio books here, and have begun toying with the idea of recording some HPL for public domain release.
