Links to each podcast episode?

This isn't so much a problem, so much as a suggestion. Is it possible to get a list of all the podcasts in order on the front page each with a link? I can't be the only one who likes to go back to past episodes and re-listen. And I do so quite often while I'm working. So rather than scrolling  through the 'older entries/ newer entries' buttons which is a bit cumbersome, having a list of the episodes on the side of the page for instance, would make it that much easier to get to the goodies. Just a thought.

Thanks Eric - it just so happens that that functionality is one of the things we're adding to the site's redesign (coming Monday, if all things go as planned.) - We used to have them listed in the sidebar for a short while, but it was making the frame inordinately long, and so was cut so the page wouldn't scroll so much. The new site will have multiple frames.

Well, the template kind of fought against me adding this functionality exactly how I'd like, BUT, if you look on the site's footer, you'll find 'Older Episodes' drop-down. From there, you can choose a month and see every podcast posted during it. At least it's easier than clicking 'next, previous.' a billion times.
