So I finally have some spare money to get me a few good anthologies from the US. We don't have much Lovecraftian literature available here, unfortunately. Any suggestions on which ones are worth the read?

If I were buying anthologies, I'd get the Penguin ones curated by S.T. Joshi. He writes an intro to each and apparently they're the unbastardized forms of the texts. In fact, I plan to buy these someday, they're just not high on my priorities right now.

Ruth is right. These are the ones I rely on:

This has pretty much everything: http://search.barnesandnoble.com/HP-Lovecraft/H-P-Lovecraft/e/9781435122963/?itm=1&USRI=lovecraft

I have something like 8 HPL collections and this one has stories I previously didn't have.  It even has The History of the Necronomicon.

I got one of those for Christmas last year. The thing is, I have most everything he wrote in other anthologies and only got this to complete the set so that I could skip getting say 5 copies of "Call of Cthulhu" just to get the rest of the stories he had written that were hard to find. So far, I can't really find anything wrong with the stories, but then, I haven't really researched it beyond that point.
