HPL & CAS wrangle out the history of Averoigne

The Double Shadow doesn't have a new ep this week, but Tim & I were reading HPL & CAS's letters, respectively, and came across a discussion they had about the history of Averoigne, which we're covering right now in the podcast. So we each read out the important points in the letters & put them up on the site. It's kind of fun to watch them world-building. Some stuff is clearly made-up and some may not be. Loved HPL's Theobaldis joke (sp, I'm tired, sorry). Tim cut out an additional 2 pages of reading on how much Lovecraft loved Rome and Romans. 

We weren't able to find the rest of the conversation, there may be a missing letter or two.

They don't always, but it's rewarding to find the fun bits where he just launches into faux-histories.
